Articulate: Sign your Name

Ah, the tongue.

So useful, so often tense beyond neccesity. Frankly, I think it's bored. It has all of this functionality but do we use it? We do not.

We don't chew enough to get it excited about taste, and digestion. We don't make enough exciting and varied sounds to keep it limber. And, we certainly don't choke enough for it to show us how strong it is (that one is for the best).

So it sits there making do with what we give it.

How about today you give your tongue a novel task. Stick it out as far as it will go and use it to sign your full name in cursive in the air. Go ahead, loosen up.
