Office Space: Reframing Your View

If I asked you about challenges in your professional life, how quickly could you make a list? Whether it's about your individual path or team dynamics, most of us can identify the general vicinity of our "issues."
It is often more challenging to list our strengths. To think about what is actually working or even what has worked in the past. It is this more affirmative line of thinking that I'd like you to focus on for a moment.
What we focus on becomes our reality in this moment. That isn't magical thinking, it is how your brain works. That isn't to say you should ignore problems in the workplace. But, perhaps a reframe is in order.
Perhaps, Bill in Accounting really is hard to communicate with but just stating this, or pointing it out to Bill won't resolve this issue. But reframing to consider how Bill actually communicates, engaging them in the process, and actively looking for the good certainly will.
The invitation today is to identify a point of friction in your work life and reframe it. Choose to see it differently and see where that leads you.
Have fun!
