Disrupt: Let it Go

Yesterday was a big day for many people, of joy and sorrow. Triumph at a race completed, sorrow at the losses at a historic cathedral and a sacred mosque -- so many ups and downs we will never hear about.

Challenges make us hold ourselves tightly. We accomplish this by holding back our breath and thus limiting the expansion of the body. We lock it down.

Not only is that no way to use your voice, that is no way to live. So let it go.

Exhale and expand. Let it go.
