Observe: Where Do You Want to Go?

At the beginning of the week it isn't uncommon to take a moment and look ahead at the schedule. Listing out appointments, and obligations as we chart a path forward.

Today, I want to invite you to decide how you wish to connect with people this week. What meetings will you attend and what might you add to the conversation? Who will you interact with this week and how can that communication be better? How much air and voice is available to you (ie. are allergies, cold, or another issue affecting the physical instrument)? At the end of the week, how would you like to have been heard?

Speeches, Performances, and Presentations are lovely. They are the capstones built by the daily craft of trying to communicate with intention. That daily craft cannot be faked.
