Observe: Brain Weasels

Ah, brain weasels. We all host them in some form or another.

Perhaps your weasels are fairly benign, or perhaps they regularly convince you that you are about to be fired. In either case, the weasels cannot be running the show in your daily communications.

So today is for observing what your brain weasels are up to. Are you running a constant commentary on how you could be running your life so much better? Or, are they encouraging you to say whatever you want because you just don't care?

The fact is that having brain weasels is very human and the point isn't to fight the weasels. The point is to catch them and domesticate them. More on that tomorrow.
