Disrupt: You Belong Here

Yesterday was about observing your patterns around being right or wrong. At their core, these patterns come from a basic human need. The need for belonging.
Before you assert how rebellious or independent you are, and you may be both of those things, consider this. The need to belong is a survival tactic hardwired into human neurophysiology.
That fact is that not only do humans need to belong -- That is the whole point. Further, we all deserve to belong. I, for one, am convinced that all of our performance (and potentially personal) inconsistencies arise from incongruency in our sense of belonging.
You want to have a voice that aligns with your authentic self, is efficient, and authoritative? Great. Do you have any idea how much easier this becomes when you are clear about your right to be in the room? You belong here because you are here. Take a deep breath into that one and see what changes.
