Observe: Flexibility

This little blog has been around for three years and 350 posts. It has changed format a few times and reflected changes in my thinking as well.

Here is what remains true:

  1. The voice is a highly adaptable, dynamic, and powerful tool for connecting with others.
  2. Inherent vocal "talent" is not a necessary starting point for achieving a great voice.
  3. It isn't always what you say but how you say it that creates impact.
  4. Understanding the function of your physiology is the gateway to embodied voice use.
  5. I remain certain that improving our individual communication is the best way to improve our relationships as a species (and create some beauty in the world).

This is still about helping people connect with their voices as they align the mind and the body to voice their experiences. Still, the format is going to shift a bit more to help create a more dynamic container for all of the voice users here. This week will roll our a few thoughts I am having about that. If you find you particularly like, or don't like, something please drop me a line.

Thank you for being here.
